Reading-Cafe-and-Carry-on-Cafe-Menu
Here at Bonneville we offer a wrap around school care run by our staff as part of our extended services provision.
Reading Café
£6 per day
Our reading café starts from 8.00am until 9.00am where pupils have an opportunity to read independently or with an adult.
On offer is a choice of warm and cold breakfast options. This is a useful quiet time for the children to engage in reading whilst providing them with a healthy start to their day.
Carry on Café
£11 per day
Our Carry on Café starts from 3:15pm to 6:00pm. Children have an option of activities to engage with.
3.15pm – 4.00pm Light snack
4.00pm – 5.00pm Creative Activities (i.e. Imaginative Play, Games, Art and Craft, Computing)
5.00pm – 5:30pm Multi Skills
6:00pm – Last Collection
Children from Nursery to Year 6 are welcome to attend.

Notice
*Please be aware that any bookings for either Reading Café or Carry on Café will need to be made 2 days in advance via the online booking system www.scopay.com. The same applies for any cancellations required.
* There will be a 1.2% administration fee for any refunds issued outside of our terms and conditions. This is because the school is charged by our provider.
Therefore, we will always try to seek other means of crediting your account before issuing a refund.
Please be aware, no refunds are given for non-attendances including if your child’s is sent home sick.
For example – For a Monday session at either the Reading Café or Carry on Café, the booking would need to be made by Wednesday night (by midnight). After this time, no more bookings can be made for Monday sessions. Similarly, if you wanted to cancel a session on Monday, this would need to be done by Wednesday night (by midnight). After this time, cancellations cannot be made. Any bookings made via the school office will incur a charge.

Terms & Conditions of Breakfast Club & Carry on Cafe | |

1. | Breakfast Club begins at 8:00am and no children will be admitted before this time. |
2. | Children should be brought to the main gate for Breakfast Club and registered in by the staff member who will walk them to the hall area. |
3. | Children must be collected from Carry on Café by 6:00pm. A late collection penalty of £10 per 10 minutes will be applied from 6:01pm – no exceptions! You must call the Carry on Cafe number to collect your child. |
4. | Sessions must be booked online and fees must be paid, in full, at least 2 days in advance of any sessions. |
5. | There will be no day to day bookings or money accepted by the school office. Any bookings made via the school office will incur a charge. |
6. | Refunds will not be given for any missed sessions, including if your child is sent home from school sick. Refunds will also not be given if booked in error. If the school cancel the club a credit will be added to your Scopay account.

7. | Any cancellations or alterations must be made at least 2 days in advance. Within 2 days, no changes can be made and no refunds will be given |
8. | Usual school standards of behaviour will be expected, children who fail to abide by our school rules will receive sanctions in line with our behaviour policy for After School Clubs. Refunds will not be given should a child be banned for behaviour. In extreme circumstances, the emergency contact will be telephoned and immediate collection of the pupil will be expected. Full details of how behaviour is managed in after school clubs are listed in our behaviour policy Appendix 6. |
Terms & Conditions of After School Clubs | |

1. | All after school clubs run from 3:15pm – 4:15pm (unless otherwise specified) and are allotted on a first come, first served basis during the booking process |
2. | Children must be collected from After School Clubs at 4:15pm promptly from the there gate. |
3. | Parents/carers who collect their child late from after school club will receive a warning and if they collect their child late again, the child will not be able to attend the club going forward and no refunds will be issued. |
4. | Sessions must be booked online and fees must be paid, in full, before the 10 week programme of sessions starts |
5. | Refunds will not be given for any missed sessions and club places cannot be cancelled or amended once payment has been made. Refunds will also not be given if booked in error or if your child is sent home from school sick. . If the school cancel the club a refund will be offered or we will credit your Scopay account. |
6. | Children are expected to wear their full P.E kit when taking part in Sports Clubs. Failure to wear the appropriate clothing will result in the child being asked to sit out of the session for their health and safety |
